Candidates were nominated to apply for Canadian permanent residency under the OINP Employer Job Offer Category. Candidates who had profiles submitted under the express entry system and other streams were invited.

With their first draw of the year held on 13th January, in this draw the applications were accepted under three streams namely, Skilled Workers in Manitoba, Skilled Workers Overseas, and International Education Stream.
