The Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program was launched in 2017 as a temporary aid for employers, skilled workers, and international graduates to settle in the four provinces of the Canadian Atlantic region. Now it has been declared permanent by the government of Canada because of its high success and growth rate since its launch.
The four AIPP provinces are:

AIPP Requirements
The basic requirements to qualify under any of the programs are:

Atlantic International Graduates Program
Eligibility Requirements for the applicants include:

Must have lived in Atlantic province for at least 16 months in the last 2 years

The job being offered must come under NOC O, A, or B

Volunteers/Unpaid work/Internships/Self-employment will not be considered a part of relevant work experience

In terms of education, you must have one out of the two: A degree/Diploma from a Canadian post-secondary institute; Valid Educational Credential Assessment (foreign student)

Atlantic Intermediate-Skilled program
Eligibility Requirements for the applicants include:

Your job should be under one of the following NOC: NOC Skill Type C (industrial butchers; long-haul truck drivers; food & beverage servers); NOC Skill Level C 3413 (nurse's aide, orderly, or patient services associate)

In terms of education you must have one out of the two: A degree/Diploma from Canadian post-secondary; Valid Educational Credential Assessment (foreign student)
