Canada Australia
Aged Parent Visa Subclass 804 & 103

Although slightly different, these visa subclasses allow the parent of AUS citizens, permanent residents, and New Zealand citizens to migrate to the country permanently given, that they meet the minimum eligibility requirements. The parent visa in Australia has certain conditions to be met. The two different categories of visas are for candidates who want to apply while residing onshore or who live offshore or outside Australia.

How are 804 and 103 visas different?

The only and major difference between these two subclasses is that 804 visa is for applicants who live onshore and have children living for more than 2 years in Australia under the title of permanent resident or citizen. On the other hand, 103 visa Australia is for applicants who currently reside offshore and have children living for more than 2 years in Australia as permanent residents or citizens.
