After much anticipation for the Canadian Express Entry Draws, the country has finally resumed inviting people for permanent residency. On 11^th January 2023, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada held its first all-programs draw of 2023 by issuing Invitations to Apply to 5,500 applicants waiting eagerly for an invite in the Express Entry pool. The cut-off for this draw was seemingly high in comparison to the last draws with this draw’s CRS Score at 507 or above points.

Canada Immigration Express Entry

The Express Entry system is a program that functions based on points allotted to the applicant according to six important elements. The applicant has to submit an EOI (Expression of Interest) that is then assessed and reviewed by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada which gives scores in terms of the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), to the candidates. After the submission and assessment of the application, you enter the Express Entry Pool from where candidates having the highest CRS Score are selected.

This visa comes under the category of Express Entry. It allows experienced and skilled people to directly apply for Canadian Permanent Residency. It is one of the three subcategories of programs offered by the Canadian government to allow people in every phase of life to have a chance and get settled in Canada. What is Canada Experience Class Category?

It is a program that aids skilled workers having Canadian working experience of at least 1 year to apply for permanent residency and be a citizen. This is a very attractive choice for the people working there because, within 6-12 months, the applicant’s visa usually gets approved. So, you can also say that this route is the quickest if you already are a temporary resident of Canada and aspire to become a permanent one.
