Even though there have only been three French-language draws in 2025, they made up 37.4% of all ITAs given this year.
CEC draws were the second most frequent and issued the second-highest number of ITAs of any type this year, accounting for 38.1% of all ITAs issued. More frequent, bigger rounds (about 3,000–4,000 ITAs apiece), particularly starting in May of this year, helped to encourage this.
