The list of TEER 2 and TEER 3 occupations that are still eligible for spousal open work permits has been released by the Canadian federal government.
Spousal open work permits (SOWPs) would only be available to spouses of foreign workers if their spouse was employed in the country by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on January 14.
