On July 29, Newfoundland and Labrador undertook its sixth provincial immigration draw of 2025.
Invitations were issued to potential candidates of the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) and the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).
This is the lowest total number of invitations ever issued since the province shifted to an Expression of Interest (EOI) process for both immigration programs.
While invitation issuances under AIP remain fairly consistent with historical trends, we observe a dramatic drop in NLPNP invitations compared to the earlier rounds.
