At the U. S. Embassy and all U. S. consulates in Canada, the United States Department of State has introduced a paid accelerated US visa appointment option.
Subject to availability, applicants for B-category business and visitor visas who qualify may now pay an extra charge to schedule a consular interview within 10 business days, beginning August 18, 2026.
The program is entirely opt-in, distinct from the regular visa application procedure that each candidate must nonetheless follow.
