On April 28, 2026, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 2,000 invitations to apply for permanent residence through a new Canadian Experience Class Express Entry draw.
This is still five points more than the March 31st CEC draw, but it is a little lower than the 515 cutoff from the preceding CEC draw on April 14, 2026.
For the lowest-ranked applicant invited in this round, the Comprehensive Ranking System cutoff was 514 points.
