The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program continues to issue provincial immigration invitations.
The province gave preference to candidates who completed their education in Manitoba; foreign workers with skills in demand locally.

Drawing around July 10, the MPNP then issued invitations to candidates through two of its immigration pathways: The International Education Stream (IES) and the Skilled Worker Stream (SWS).
These draws issued a combined total of 67 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) for provincial nomination.
Out of these 67 LAAs, 29 had been issued to the people who had declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
