714 invitations to apply for permanent residency through the Provincial Nominee Program were sent out as part of Canada’s first Express Entry lottery in November 2025.
The first draw since the release of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s new Immigration Levels Plan 2026-2028 is scheduled for November 10.
