The IRCC performed a fresh Express Entry draw under the Provincial Nominee Program on September 28, 2026, and sent 733 invitations for permanent residency to candidates who have legitimate provincial nominations.
In this round, the Comprehensive Ranking System cutoff for the lowest-ranked candidate chosen was 725 points.
The 734 that was recorded in the PNP draw on September 14, which started the earlier September cluster with 576 invitations, is nine points higher than that threshold.
The 733 invitations also represent a 27% increase in volume over the previous round, marking the largest PNP draw since the June 22 round, which distributed 955 invitations at a CRS floor of 730.
