A large Canadian Experience Class Express Entry draw was held by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada on December 16, 2025, inviting 5,000 candidates to apply for permanent residence.
The CRS score cut-off decreases by 5 points to 515 from the previous CEC-specific draw and by 16 points from the November 26 CEC draw.
It follows a strong late-year push that has transformed the Express Entry landscape quickly, as IRCC finally caught on that they must process more in-Canada candidates.
