On August 31, 2026, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada issued 562 invitations to apply for permanent residence via an Express Entry draw under the Provincial Nominee Program.
The cutoff for the Comprehensive Ranking System for the invited candidate with the lowest rank was 697 points.
The lowest PNP cutoff recorded in any Express Entry draw conducted in 2026 is represented by that score.
The lowest PNP threshold previously this year was 708, which was established on July 6 during the first Express Entry draw of July.
