Quebec held its latest round of invitations by conducting the draw on 9th December. The invitations were issued by the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI) for candidates to apply for the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP).
Candidates residing offshore who have a prior work experience of three years or more in their nominated or related occupation can apply for the visa subclass 190, Skilled Nominated (Permanent) Visa. If nominated, this visa will grant you permanent residency in Australia.
Western Australia invited candidates who had profiles submitted in SkillSelect. The state invited a number of applicants with scores as low as 65 points. The invites were nominated under Western Australia State Nominated Migration Program.
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada are ending the year with inviting more and more people in Canada to apply for permanent residency. A total of 746 candidates were invited by the Canadian Immigration Department to apply for permanent residency.
The province of British Columbia has been frequent with their draws in the past few months. After the last draw conducted on 7th December 2021, they released results for their latest draw on 22nd December 2021.
Out of the total invitations issued, 73 applicants were selected particularly who had their profiles submitted under the Express Entry System. Remaining applicants were accepted from streams like Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream and Skilled Worker Overseas.
British Columbia held their first tech draw of the year wherein they issued 102 Invitations to apply to the candidates who had their applications submitted under various streams. The occupations that benefitted from this draw were of IT sector.
With their first draw of the year held on 13th January the applications were accepted under three streams namely, Skilled Workers in Manitoba, Skilled Workers Overseas and International Education Stream.
