
In federal court on Friday, a government attorney claimed that the Trump administration abruptly changed its mind about cancelling the student visa registrations of thousands of international students studying in the United States.
Attorney Brian Green, who is a plaintiff in one of the dozens of lawsuits contesting the registration terminations, said that more than 4,700 students would have their student visa records restored when he appeared before the federal district court in Washington, D.C.
