Human Capital priorities Stream

The candidates were invited for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream. This category permits graduate students and skilled workers to apply for OINP. With relevant knowledge, skills, education and work experience it should not be very difficult for you to apply.

Additional Requirements

There was an additional requirement of one year prior work experience in any one of the below mentioned occupations:

  • Computer and information systems managers (NOC0213)
  • Computer engineers (NOC 2147)
  • Database analysts and data administrators (NOC 2172)
  • Software engineers and designers (NOC 2173)
  • Computer programmer and interactive media developers (NOC 2174)
  • Web designers and developers (NOC 2175)

How OINP Works?

The Express Entry Canada allows skilled workers with relevant age, educational background, skills, work experience and much more to directly apply for permanent residency. If a candidate has a profile in the Express Entry system different Canadian provinces can have a look at those profiles and pick up candidates who will be beneficial for their economy. If you are successful in grabbing a provincial nomination you will automatically be granted 600 additional points that will boost your CRS Score.

Although a provincial nomination does not guarantee you permanent residency but you can use this to apply to federal government of Canada. Most candidates with a positive provincial nomination are successful in getting approved their permanent resident application.
