Through the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, Ontario invited 918 foreign graduates who earned master’s or doctoral degrees at qualified Ontario universities to apply for permanent residence.
On April 22, 2026, the Ontario PNP draw was divided into two streams. The OINP Master’s Graduate stream received 674 invites, while the OINP PhD Graduate stream received 244 invitations.
