Canadians whose personal information was exposed in a large Capital One data breach might receive up to $25,000 thanks to a suggested $35 million class action settlement.

The Supreme Court of British Columbia has received this data breach settlement, which applies to Canadian citizens residing outside of Quebec who applied for or possessed a Capital One credit card and got a breach notification letter.
