Up to $679. 75 per kid will be deposited directly into family bank accounts on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, when millions of Canadian families are scheduled to get their next Canada Child Benefit payment.
The Canada Revenue Agency’s monthly tax-free payment is the fourth CCB payment of the current 2026–27 benefit year, which began in July with a 2% inflation hike throughout all payment categories.
This is a very busy month for government benefit deposits since it comes days before the next round of CPP and OAS payments on October 28 and two weeks after the Canada Groceries and Essentials Benefit was disbursed on October 5.
