What is OINP?

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program is an initiative catered to allow people of different nationalities to have a better standard of living in this Canadian province. Ontario immigration has paired up with IRCC, Canada’s Government to help people in different phases of life, have a chance to settle here. It includes students, skilled workers, businessmen, and much more. The aim of the program is to assess people who apply for it, check their backgrounds and details, and if deemed beneficial, issue them an Invitation to Apply for Canadian permanent residency.

How OINP Works?

The Express Entry Canada allows skilled workers with relevant age, educational background, skills, work experience, and much more to directly apply for permanent residency. If a candidate has a profile in the Express Entry system different Canadian provinces can have a look at those profiles and pick up candidates who will be beneficial for their economy. If you are successful in grabbing a provincial nomination you will automatically be granted 600 additional points that will boost your CRS Score.

Having a provincial nomination brings you closer to your dream of settling permanently in Canada. The candidates with low CRS points get 600 additional points if nominated by any province of Canada. They can use this nomination to apply for permanent residency. If you want to know the complete procedure of PNP, you can contact Visa Walk today!
