The reforms totally eliminated the need for a Labour Market Impact Assessment for Express Entry job offers, established a new high-wage occupation list that offers up to 100 Comprehensive Ranking System points, and replaced the previous LMIA-based verification framework with a direct officer assessment of each claimed offer.
These reforms provide new scoring possibilities and points of failure for applicants utilizing the Express Entry CRS calculator to compute their profiles.
