When assessing whether to impose, remove, or partially remove a visa restriction for citizens of a certain nation, Canada’s Visa Policy Framework, according to IRCC, is based on over 40 factors.
These criteria are not the same as the specific assessment that each visitor visa candidate receives when submitting an application for a temporary resident visa, since they function at the national visa-policy level.
