Online applications for permanent residency under the Home Care Worker Immigration Pilot: Home Support Pilot (HCWP:HS) are no longer available to foreign nationals.
On March 31, 2025, the day it opened to receive applications under the Workers in Canada Stream, the HCWP:HS reached its cap at approximately 2:25 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
