Saskatchewan Introduces new EOI Pool for Healthcare Workers

Recently, the province of Saskatchewan introduced a new Expression of Interest pool specifically designed to aid healthcare workers who have an intention to settle in Canada. Although the applications submitted under this pool will not be a direct submission of interest for SINP but they will one way or the other, aid the interest of workers.
The new launch is the International Healthcare Worker Expression of Interest (EOI) pool wherein candidates will submit applications demonstrating their interest to live and work in the province in the selected healthcare related job position. This measure is taken to meet not only the labor gap of the province but also to help connect suitable candidates with employers searching for eligible healthcare workers.
How to apply?
The process to submit an application under this pool is rather simple. The candidate needs to submit an Expression of Interest which will then be reviewed by the provincial authorities. If the candidate’s qualifications, work experience and all other factors seem suitable they will be contacted and guided for the process to apply directly to the province.
If the candidates are successful in receiving an appropriate response from the authorities against their Expression of Interest, they will be eligible under SINP’s International Skilled Worker- Employment Offer and the Hard-to-Fill Skills Pilot.
