Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 491)

This visa subclass is identical to its preceding ones. The characteristics are somewhat similar to both of the above-stated. It requires a nomination from a state or territory government agency whilst having the candidate score a minimum of 65 points on skills assessment. One can score the minimum points based on age, educational qualification, skilled work experience, onshore studies, English language proficiency, and many more.
